The Yellow Wallpaper Posters
In making these posters I never really knew if I was making wall paper or posters, and I came up with something that is curiously in between the two. The wallpaper in the story is something that becomes repulsive and oppressive and serves as a symbol of the societal constructs that is keeping this woman bound and physically confined and ultimately causes her mental decline. I tried to experiment with many different typefaces and patterns and ways to express this sentiment.
